Alternatively, you can bring your booking confirmation number to the Main Ticket Plaza and we will be able to bring up your reservation. You can also email info@niagaracruises.com providing confirmation number or the last 4 digits of the credit card used for purchase and a staff member can email or text your tickets between the hours of 9 - 5 pm.
